The following information applies to this trip and this trip only…April 10 – 19,
2026.

This trip to Dublin, Ireland is totally Nonrefundable and Non-
Changeable!

A deposit of $350 per person is required from each person going on this trip to Dublin, Ireland. This deposit is applied towards the cost of the trip. This deposit is also Nonrefundable, Non-Changeable, and Non-Transferable, just like this trip.
The form below and the deposit of $350 per person are required and due from
each person going on this trip to Dublin to sign up.
If the form below is not included with your deposit check or credit card payment, no
reservation will be held in your name. Once I receive this form, filled out and accompanied by your deposit, your reservation is added to the trip.
This trip must be taken on April 10 – 19, 2026, and may not be held over or applied to any other trip(s) unless I am forced to postpone it due to circumstances beyond my control. If I am forced to postpone this trip, due to circumstances beyond my control, I will postpone it to the date of my choosing and notify you as soon as I can.

Each person going on this trip must fill out the form below, in its entirety, and submit it to
me along with your deposit, in the amount of $350 per person, submitted by using the Venmo link located on our website.
By submitting the form below, along with your deposit, you agree to all the policies within this Agreement Form.
This trip must be taken on April 10 – 19, 2026, and may not be held over or applied to any other trip(s) unless I am forced to postpone it due to circumstances beyond my control. If I am forced to postpone this trip, due to circumstances beyond my control, I will postpone it to a date of my choosing and notify you as soon as I can.

If Paying by Check

Each person going must fill out the form below in its entirety and mail it to me along with your deposit, in the amount of $350 per person. Always make your check(s) payable to Michael Baker (not Mike Baker) and mail your check, along with this form to:

If this form is not included with your check, your check will be returned to you and no reservation will be held in your name.
This trip must be taken on April 10 – 19, 2026, and may not be held over or applied to any other trip(s) unless I am forced to postpone it due to circumstances beyond my control. If I am forced to postpone this trip, due to circumstances beyond my control, I will postpone it to the date of my choosing.

Cost

The cost of this trip is $2,675 per person based on two people sharing a room, arriving on April 11 and departing on April 19, 2026. The cost of this trip for a Single Room is $3,395 (one person per room only), arriving on April 11 and departing on April 19, 2026.
All rates, including all optional side trips associated with this trip to Dublin, Ireland, are subject to a 20% adjustment increase until ticketed.

What is included in the cost

  1. Round-trip air from Los Angeles International Airport to Dublin, Ireland.
  2. Eight nights/Nine days Hotel stay in Dublin, Ireland.
  3. Breakfast buffet each morning of your stay.
  4. All taxes including City Taxes and service charges for your stay.
  5. Round-trip airport transfers from the airport in Dublin, Ireland, to the hotel we are using on this trip.

What is not included in the cost

Optional side trips, lunches, dinners, souvenirs, and anything else not listed in the
“What is included in the cost:” list above. All totals, including all optional side trips, are subject to a 20% adjustment increase, based on the country tax and/or the exchange rate at the time of final payment and/or increased ticketing costs and/or any other surcharges the Airline, Hotel or Tour Company imposes on us before final payment is made, including
any increase in any fuel charges charged by the airline. Once I receive your first deposit payment of $350, along with this form, I will then send you a statement reflecting all payments made and any balances due.

Flight Schedule

Depart Friday, April 10th from LAX at 8:15 PM, flight# EI68 arriving at Dublin
(DUB) at 2:30 PM the next day (Saturday, April 11th).
Depart Sunday, April 19th from DUB at 3:25 PM, flight# EI69 arriving at LAX
at 6:25 PM the same day.
(All flights are on Aer Lingus)

Hotel Information

We will be staying in The Trinity City Hotel, Dublin 2, Ireland. The address is Pearse St., Dublin, Ireland. If circumstances beyond my control dictate that we change Hotels, you will be notified, through email of the change, not for your approval but for information regarding the new Hotel and its location, name, and address.

Cancelling your trip

If you are going on this trip to Dublin, Ireland with us, please make sure that you are fully aware that this trip is totally Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable! It is transferable but only before the airline tickets are written.

After the airline tickets are written, this trip to Dublin, Ireland then becomes Non- Transferable as well! Furthermore, if you are going to transfer your trip to someone else before the airline tickets are written, you MUST submit that request to me in writing and I must approve it! Make sure you allow plenty of time for this process if you are going to transfer your trip to someone else! There will be no exceptions!.

What does all this mean to YOU…If for any reason, for any reason… you cancel this trip to Dublin, Ireland, and you’ve already started paying for it; any monies paid will not be returned to you. PERIOD. There will be no exceptions! I suggest that you purchase Trip Insurance. Just a side note, because of the current/past Pandemic, some insurance companies will not cover things like Pandemics. If you decide to purchase Trip Insurance, check with the insurance company first to see if Pandemics are covered, if that is a concern to you.

Trip Insurance

I do not provide Trip Insurance for this trip to Dublin. If you would like to purchase Trip Insurance for this trip to Dublin, I have a contact person who can help you with that. Her name is Roxanne Walters, and her telephone number is 949-386-8424. Let her know that you are with the Michael Baker group, travelling to Dublin, and you would like a Trip Insurance quote. Trip Insurance is an added cost to you if purchased. The purchase of Trip Insurance, from Roxanne Walters, must be purchased within 14 business days of paying your deposit! Just another side note, if you choose to purchase Trip Insurance from Roxanne Walters, I, Michael Baker, do not receive any kind of compensation from your purchase of Trip Insurance. If you would like to purchase Trip Insurance on your own and not go through Roxanne Walters, feel free to do so. Furthermore, if you cancel this trip to Dublin and have an outstanding balance, including any balances for any of the optional side trips, those balances will still be considered owed and due.  And, if those balances are not paid in full before April 10, 2026, unless other arrangements have been made with me and agreed upon by me, it will result in legal actions, and you will be held responsible for all legal fees from the result of any legal actions.

Final Payment Due Date

On February 1st, 2026, all money for this trip, including the optional side trips, will become due.  If you are not paid in full at this time, it will be your responsibility to contact me and make payment arrangements.  Failure to contact me to make payment arrangements will result in the cancellation of your spot on this trip and all monies paid, and all monies paid towards any of the optional side trip(s), will not be returned to you! All cancellations must be in writing. There will be no exceptions!

Bounced Checks

If you send me a check and your check does not clear the bank (bounces), you will be charged the fee that I am charged for NSF checks. If this happens twice, you will have to pay for the trip either by credit card, money order, or a bank check!

Vendor Cancelations

If for any reason, the airline cancels any of our flights and/or the Hotel cancels any or part of our Hotel stay, or the Tour Operator Company providing our optional side trips cancels or changes any or part of our optional side trips, or we have to postpone this trip for any reason, I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally or legally liable for any financial loss incurred by this act including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers) or optional excursions. We are booked as a GROUP, so we fall under different rules than individuals booking a trip. That means that our flights, hotels, and optional side trips are more restricted. That is why this trip is nonrefundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.

Physical Injuries

If you become sick and/or injured and/or hurt at any time, while on this trip to Dublin, Ireland, I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally, or legally liable for any financial loss incurred by this act including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers), optional excursions, Hospitals and or emergency services. Also, if COVID testing or the like is still required by the airline(s) and or the country government that we are going to or from, at the time we will be travelling, and your test shows POSITIVE and you aren’t able to fly either to our destination or back home from our destination, I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally or legally liable for any financial loss incurred by this act including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers), optional excursions, Hospitals and or emergency services.

Damages

If, during your stay, at the hotel our group is staying in, you accidentally or intentionally break anything belonging to the hotel, you will be financially responsible for any costs and I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally, or legally liable for any financial loss incurred by this act including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers), hospitals and or emergency services or optional excursions.

Lost or Stolen Items

If at any time, while on this trip to Dublin, Ireland 2026 to the end of this trip to Dublin, Ireland 2026, you either lose something of any value or something of any value of yours is stolen or broken I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally or legally liable for any financial loss incurred by this act including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers) or optional excursions.

No Show

If for any reason, you are unable to go on this trip to Dublin, Ireland, including refusing to go on this trip to Dublin, Ireland, for any reason, on the above date(s), I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally or legally liable for any loss incurred by this act including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers) or optional excursions. You will not be entitled to any kind of compensation or refund, either now or in the future, for any Hotel stays, airline tickets, Airport Transfers, or optional side trip tours.

Passports

Everyone going on this trip is required to have a valid passport with at least six months of time remaining on their passport at the time of our return (April 19, 2026).  If you do not have a valid passport, you will be required to request one at least five months before our departure on April 10, 2026.  Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your spot on this trip and all monies paid, and any monies paid towards the optional side trips will not be returned to you! There will be no exceptions!

Optional Side Trips

All optional side trips for the Dublin, Ireland 2026 trip are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable. All optional side trips for the Dublin, Ireland 2026 trip are transferable but only to those in our group who will be attending the Dublin, Ireland trip April 10 – 19, 2026, and must be approved by me first. Furthermore, if for any reason you cannot attend any of the optional side trips (s) that you have already paid for, either in part or in full, no monies will be refunded to you and cannot be used or saved for a future date or trip. The final payment for each optional side trip will be due no later than February 1, 2026. If you ask me to sign you up for an optional side trip(s) but have not paid, all monies for that and or those optional side trips (s) will still be your responsibility to pay. You will have 24 hours to change your mind after booking any of the Optional Side Trips. After those 24 hours, all monies due for each optional side trip will then become your responsibility to pay by the due date.

All optional side trips for the Dublin, Ireland 2026 trip will be operating come rain or shine. If for any reason the planned itinerary for any of our optional side trips must change or be canceled, for any reason, I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally, or legally liable for any loss incurred by this act, including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers) or optional excursions. You will not be entitled to any kind of compensation either now or in the future towards any Hotel stays, airline tickets, optional side trip tours, or insurance costs. There will be no exceptions!

Optional Side Trip(s) No-Show

If you sign up for an optional side trip, please be on time at the designated meeting point. It will be your responsibility to be on time at both designated meeting points. That means you need to be on time at the designated meeting points at the beginning of the tour and at the end of the tour when we are ready to return for the day. The specific dates, times, and locations for the start of each optional side trip are located on the itinerary I will give each one of you before any optional side trip begins. Please refer to the itinerary so you are on time!

If you do not show up at the designated meeting point(s) that I have established, and you have not made prior arrangements with me, we will leave without you. I (Michael Baker) will not be held financially, emotionally, or legally liable for any loss incurred by this act, including but not limited to any Hotel costs, insurance costs, transportation costs (Flights and Airport Transfers), or optional excursions. You will not be entitled to any kind of compensation either now or in the future towards any Hotel stays, airline tickets, Airport Transfers, or optional side trip tours, so please be on time.

Airport Check-in

On April 10, 2026, the day of our departure to Dublin, Ireland, this agreement serves as a reminder regarding the importance of punctuality for our upcoming flight. Please verify your flight information and allow sufficient time for travel, check-in, and security protocols upon arrival at the airport. Please be aware that I cannot assume responsibility for missed flights, and/or any resulting expenses caused by late arrivals at the airport. Furthermore, on April 19, 2026, upon arrival at our departing airport, Dublin Airport, it will be the responsibility of each of you to check in with our designated airline, clear security, and then check the flight information screens once inside the terminal to confirm your gate and boarding time. Please allow plenty of time to get to your gate. Please be aware that I cannot assume responsibility for missed flights, and/or any resulting expenses caused by late arrivals at the airport, or negligence of any kind on your part or the part of our designated airline or Transportation company that transports us to our departing airport. Thank you for your attention to this matter..

Right to Refuse

I have the right to refuse anyone from going on this trip.

Phone Number/Email

When filling out this form, you will be asked for your phone number(s) and email address. If your phone number changes or your email address changes before April 10, 2026, please let me know. You must keep these items current. For example, if we have a flight/trip change/cancellation and I cannot contact you, the consequences fall back on you! It will be your responsibility to keep your contact information current with me.

Inappropriate Behavior

If at any time, during our trip, you display inappropriate behavior, you will not be welcomed back on any future trips! Inappropriate behaviors, concerning, or threatening include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Angry, aggressive communication (verbal or written)
  • Unwanted attention
  • Written material (emails or letters) that suggests a person may be unstable or have mental health issues.
  • A statement about self-harm or suicide
  • Sexual harassment (unwelcome sexual conduct of any kind)
  • A notable change in a person’s behavior that is cause for concern.
  • Stalking (repeated attempts to impose unwanted communication or contact)
  • An uttered threat to harm another or damage property
  • Pornography uses that contravenes and/or affects others.
  • Bullying (repeated, unreasonable conduct)
  • Any act of physical violence, property damage, or production of a weapon
  • Violent critical incident in the airport, Hotel, or on a side trip.

Payment Schedule/Late Fee(s)

The following dates are the dates that your payment is due. Please make a note of these dates or photocopy this form to keep yourself on schedule. If you would like to pay more than the scheduled amount, at any time before it is due, feel free; otherwise, please adhere to the payment schedule.

If your payment is late by one month, you will be charged a $50 late payment fee. Every month your payment is late up to the date that your final payment is due, you will be charged a $50 late payment fee per month!

Once the final payment date comes and goes, and you still have an outstanding balance, and you have not contacted me and made special arrangements with me, your trip will be cancelled! Because this trip is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind! For example, if your payment is late by two months, you will be charged an additional $100. Those late fees are Non-Refundable , period, and will not be applied toward the cost of your trip!

If you sign up for this trip after June 1, 2025, I can work with you so you can get caught up with the payment schedule, so your final payment will still be paid on time. Just let me know if you need extra time. Just a side note: Just because our trip isn’t until April 2026 doesn’t mean that you have until April 2026 to pay for it! If that is your plan, please do not sign up for this trip!
